Lifespan CEO, Eugene Ardino, discusses the increasing numbers of advisers leaving institution-aligned advice groups in this Australian Financial Review article.

“Many of the advisers who have contacted us have voiced concerns about negotiating their way out of non-compete clauses with the large institutions or the inability to bulk transfer clients to a new licensee as some instos don’t allow for the bulk transfer of clients. If these limits were not in place I think we would be seeing a lot more actively seeking to jump ship to smaller dealer groups.”
